Hello Sylvestre,

thanks for the info.

Sorry for the late reply, but this morning I could successfully update my 45.0.0ESR windows x86 and X64 installations to 45.0.1ESR.

Best regards

Sebastian Metzger

Hello,

today I saw that 45.0.1 was released yesterday.
First I wondered why my browser ff did say "firefox is actual", but then I saw
that only RR version is released. There is still no 45.0.1ESR.

Looking for the changes in
https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/45.0.1/releasenotes/ I found only some
fixes and one change made.

I now wondered if this fixes or better-say the bugs would not affect 45ESR as
well?
Is a update planned or will 45ESR not updated before 19.04. with the shipping
of 45.1.0ESR.
We planned to publish 45.0.1 (Desktop & ESR) yesterday but, because of external
reasons, we delayed the releases.
Hopefully, both are going to be live today.

I would like to take the opportunity to mention that we care the same about
ESR. ESR 45.1.0 and 45.2.0 will have stability patches.
Critical issues that we find during the 46 cycle will be addressed in ESR 45
too (if the release is impacted too).
Here, 45.0.1esr contains the same fixes as in 45.0.1.

Sylvestre
