Doing an about:config <about:config> show me that app.update.enabled is locked
on false.
So i search mozilla.cfg and see that mine was in C:\Program Files\Mozilla
Firefox and Firefox was installed in C:\Program Files (86)\Mozilla Firefox.

My mistake was to deploy mozilla.cfg in the 64 bits path but install 32 bits
version of Firefox.

Problem solved :)
