I've been searching around and can't seem to find a workable solution to this. When deploying Firefox 45ESR, I would like end-users to not have to click on "Activate Adobe Flash." Instead I would like it to be in the "Always Activate" state.
I have messed around with a combination of settings for plugin.state.flash and plugins.click_to_play to no avail. Does anyone know how to accomplish this? I thought I had something with this post: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/982143, but it seems like 45 is a bit different because that doesn't work for me with a fresh FF install. -Tim
