The Windows download links for Version 45 ESR seem to be wrong/broken. For example, in the row for U.S. English, the link for Windows (32) https://download.mozilla.org/?product=firefox-45.1.1esr-SSL&os=win&lang=en-US causes the Setup file for 38.5.1 to download
