all the stated urls seems to be legit yahoo urls.

Do you use a proxy server or an other network application which may
interfere the secure communication protocols?
Have you verified the certificates?
The only thing I could think about may be a man-in-the-middle attack or
a network application using an invalid or outdated certificate.

changes to https://us-mg6.mail.yahoo.com/neo launch
I have also received warnings about being on a site with an unverified
or expired certificate and/or warnings about yql.yahooapis.com and
geo.query.yahoo.com. I've read that yqo.yahooapis is malware, but my
Kaspersky Total Security, Malwarebytes and Spybot do not find it.
Help, anyone?
