Thanks Mike! This appears to be fixed for rapid release but not for ESR. ESR doesn't appear to use *extensins.pocket.enabled* yet and *browser.pocket.enabled* looks to be what CCK2 toggles. It may be disabled but doesn't remove advertising it under the Bookmarks menu for ESR.
I don't use CCK2 for my RR Firefox from Linux rpm, but it doesn't appear to be using *browser.pocket.enabled* where it is in ESR. So back to hiding it the band-aid way but hey it works!
