Windows XP doesn't have support for sha2 family hashing algorithms in
TLS certificates. Those clients wouldn't be able to visit the download
links otherwise. Your modern Firefoxen and other browsers will
(rightfully) flag the sites as insecure, but on Windows XP it's their
only option.
