That Java isn't blocked seems to be correct, because the last Java
entry on https://blocked.cdn.mozilla.net/ is related to 8u76. Therefore I assume Mozilla don't blocks old java on every new java release. I then checked if the last entries are included in the blocklist.xml. I can find "Flash Player Plugin 24.0.0.186 to 24.0.0.194" (Feb 23), but "360 Internet Protection" (Mar 08) seems to be missing.
