I trigger silent uninstallation in my MSIs by running the uninstaller executable with "/S" as an argument, not the installer itself. The uninstaller is located at [INSTALLATION_DIRECTORY]\uninstall.exe
It would appear that the information at https://wiki.mozilla.org/Installer:Command_Line_Arguments is incomplete.
