This is still happening. I can workaround by hitting refresh when the
URL changes, or re-clicking the bookmark. It seems to be restricted to
a single tab, as opening a new tab works to load the page properly the
first time. But if I remain in that same tab, at some point the
behavior returns where the URL changes but the new page fails to load.
One person has written me off-list to say they have the same problem.
