The end of support for ESR 52.x also marks the end of my Firefox use. Firefox dropped support for add-ons that were important to me (e.g., Classic Theme Restorer, Session Manager or LiveHttpHeaders). The new look and feel is terrible; I can’t even properly read the tab titles if there are many of them in one window. Firefox tries to force me to work Firefox managers like.
I am just moving to Vivaldi. This way I won’t have my add-ons back, but at least am free to work the way I like. I can even position my tabs at the left hand side, which makes much more sense with modern landscape monitors. Very sad. Firefox once WAS the best browser. I was using it with conviction.
