Hello, In my company we have some users who have a nearly full access to the Internet (except some things like porn or sites known to have virus/malwares) and people who have a more restrained access.
The first ones successfully manage to update from Firefox ESR 60.4.0, but the latters fail. We have asked our proxy team to allow them the right to navigate on ftp.mozilla.org and on archive.mozilla.org but it's not enough. Can you explain me how the update process works and what (ports to open, for example) is needed to perform the updates successfully ? Thank you very much in advance !
