Most of our users don't have access to the Internet, but for users that do, we've noticed that ESR 60 appears to download a set of langpacks to their Firefox profile - the total size of all these langpacks is 'only' about 65Mb, but it does eat into the rather meagre home directory quota we have ...
Is there any way to turn off these downloads - and use (single copies of) centrally installed langpacks instead ?
