That happens only in upgrade from 60 to 68 (in my experience). If you
change them after upgrade they stay as you set them. I think this is a
bug in upgrade where that setting overrides user set homepage. Kind of
"first use" case when it isn't that in reality. Could be related to
that
new profile for each install.
Anyway it is a bug somewhere as it clearly does something it shouldn't.
