preferences of Ublock.
And delete ublock not in firefox but delete folder.
The new extension install with gpo override preferences or use existent ?

ExtensionSettings isn't named well (It's copied from Chrome).
It's used to configure Extension install, blocking, whitelisting,
blocklisting, not the actual settings.

Not unless Ublock Origin supports it. We have support for
settings extension preferences via policy using
chrome.storage.managed, but it would be update to uBlock Origin
to support it (and publish the GPO).
According to this document:

They do seem to support it on Chrome.
