Entourage crawling

Something is making Entourage, sometimes, slow my computer to a crawl -- so
that I'm always typing or clicking almost a second ahead of the machine. I
can't isolate what it is. It comes and goes. But it only happens, as far as
I can see, when 'Rage is running. Office and OQV is all I have installed
recently. Has anyone experienced anything like this? Any known reason?

Loadsa memory allocated to everything.
