I've had OE launching every now and then, and so far, every time it was
because some rule or schedule I'd copied over from OE was invoking an
AppleScript that usually started out, "Tell application "Outlook
Express"...". So, maybe you had such a script getting triggered, and changed
something so that it isn't any longer?
