This is actually a reference to the classic "The Devil's DP Dictionary", a
humorous work by Stan Kelly-Bootle (Presper Eckert was actually a pioneer
computer designer). "St. Presper" pops up at various points in the
dictionary.  Another frequent entity is IBM (Irish Business Machines) which
invented that little-used RAM/ROM alternative, the Write-Only Memory (WOM).
