Can I suggest that as well as a flag a check box is useful in working with
client lists, such as those that have received a recent phone call or need
to be invited to a lunch.
As compared with the Palm Desktop checkbox the Entourage Flag is slow to
clear. I selected all my clients (about 500) and asked to clear the flag on
all. This took probably a minute, maybe more, that makes the flag
dysfunctional for this sort of purposes.
