I've now posted Sort by Field E 1.1 at my website:

It includes new Sorts by First Name, and as Telephone Book (Last name, First
name).
I have also posted updates Add BCC or CC E 1.1 and Remove Spaces from
Contacts E 1.1, which are bug fixes that get the scripts to work as
advertised.
