A tip!

Compress a copy of the OE application or make a copy onto a Zip or whatever,
then delete the OE application from Your hard disk.
Next time Erage is trying to run that script/those scripts a file selector
dialog will pop up wanting You to select the 'application Outlook Express'.
Now select Entourage instead and AppleScript will update the offending
script by itself!
Now You can restore the OE application from Your archive/Zip.
