First of all, I apologize for the cross-post, but this thread started on the
Entourage mailing list.
I just wanted to report back and say that David rocks! This worked very well
and my colleague was able to retrieve his e-mail.
With all of the "bug reporting" and/or complaining we all do on this list, I
just wanted to take the opportunity to thank the MBU developers on the list
for going out of their way to listen to us criticize and nitpick a product
that is really very good and, beyond that, for taking a very active role in
helping us solve our problems. It reminds me of jud spencer hanging out on
the Emailer list and offering suggestions and help long, long after Apple
EOLed the product and even longer since he worked on it (He just poked his
head on there this week).
