Via our small office network I update a couple of other users Palm desktop diaries with our company info. That way we're all working with the same data. (In the main, they don't enter company data themselves). However they do want to be able to add their own personal diary entries - weekend and evening stuff - so they keep a separate desktop Organizer diary for that purpose. The trouble starts when they want to sync with their Palm devices. A choice has to be made, either the company diary or the personal one. My solution to this problem (as yet untried) would be to create a third diary and merge both the personal and company diaries into it and then sync this merged diary with the Palm device. Now (supposing this works), are you saying (above) that merging in this fashion wouldn't be possible when I switch from Organizer to using Entourage? Roll on the small office *networked* PIM (renamed OIM perhaps?)
