Why not:
1) Add a keyboard command to the Add Cc or BCC script? Just add “ \omB” for option-command-B, for
example.
2) Get Reply with BCC E script (which I notice I never posted to my website. I’ll do so later
today). It adds the BCC as it opens up the new message window. You use this script (again, adding a
keyboard command like “ \cmB” for control-command-B, if you wish) and use it instead of clicking
Reply. So it’s only one click.
OK. Reply with BCC E script is now posted at my website:
AppleScripts for Entourage & Outlook Express
at <http://homepage.mac.com/berkowit28/ >
It comes with the keyboard command already in place, and the following explanatory note:
Note: This script is very similar to my Add BCC or CC E 1.1 script, but involves just a single script menu selection or keyboard command which both brings up the Reply and adds the BCC in one single step, when the original message to which you are replying is selected in the message pane. But it does not implement selection and quoting of just part of the original message: use it only for quoting the entire message, or nothing, depending on your regular Reply preferences in Entourage. If you want partial text quoting, do your text selection, click Reply button and use Add BCC or CC E 1.1 script to insert the BCC.
