The Hot Sync with Entourage and my Visor works quiet well, is there any chance your group is working on Hot Sync with the email in Entourage. There are some problems with Multi-Mail as there was with OE.

Open the Outlook scripts that come with MultiMail with Apple Script Editor
and simply change where it says Outlook to Entourage. That's all, it works
for me great except for all that extra MIME code the recipient receives.
