I will take a look when I have some time (which I lack at the moment). I've
downloaded the program you mention; I happen to have purchased two other
programs from Taylor Design (TextSpresso and List Pad, both excellent), so I
have respect for the author. I don't know if WTN is scriptable, however. If
it isn't, we will be out of luck.

I've discovered that the program OneClick, a highly versatile
macro/scripting application, has a "dial" command. I am planning to use that
to dial my telephone numbers in Entourage. So I am abandoning my "Dial phone
number" script for now. Still, I will take a look for your sake.
