I wrote the DecodeQP osax to allow scripts to decode chunks of
quoted-printable that ended up in messages because of non-MIME digests or
other forwarding problems.  Entourage uses quoted-printable to encode
extended characters in text, but does not use it for attachments (although
it can decode it).
