This isn't a big deal but the inconsistency doesn't make sense to me so: If I am reading a received message in plain text format and hit the Delete key, the message is deleted and the window closed. (Unless of course I've put the message in Edit mode in which cases Delete deletes characters instead of the message.) If I am reading a received message in HTML format and hit the Delete key, nothing happens. Command-Delete works the same in both cases.
