I don�t have a solution for you, but I experienced the same thing.
When I imported my rules from Outlook, I noticed that all the regular rules
pertaining to mailing lists were broken. I used the Mailing List Manager to
create new rules for my lists and everything works fine now.
As to why the rule would work at first and now stop... no idea (entropy?).
