I tried to launch the following url by pasting it into my browser: http://devworld.apple.com/technotes/pr/pr_510.html Netscape worked OK, but Explorer quit suddenly every time. So I tried to reboot and also to just shut down. Each time the machine froze in the process of shutting down when the Entourage program was the one in the Applications menu. Any ideas why? Shawn J.
