Sorry Jeff, but there is a bug in Entourage that prevents it being
used with EIMS3 & IMAP.
The IMAP spec says the data can be sent in any order, but Entourage
is expecting it in a specific order and errors out.
The development team are aware of it, and have promised to 'look at
it', but obviously cannot promise to fix it in the next release,
although I expect that they will do so.
