If you read the instructions for PGP, you'll see that you need to add new
applications to the list where the PGP icon will be inserted.
To do this:
1) Launch PGPtools
2) Select "Preferences..." from the "Edit" menu of PGPtools (or hit cmd-T).
3) Click the "Menu" tab.
4) Click the "Add..." button below the list of applications.
5) Find and select the Entourage application in the standard file dialog
which comes up and click "Open" to add Entourage to the list.
6) Click "OK" to dismiss the preferences dialog.
7) Quit PGPtools.
That's it. You're done.
You can follow this procedure for any other application where you want the
menu to appear.
