This is a very simple (probably self-evident) tip, but you don't have to settle for the A-Z order of Entourage categories. Sometimes it makes more sense to put those categories in a ranked order, which you can do by placing 2-digit numerals before them: 01 Family 02 Home 03 Courses 04 Students 05 Alumni 06 Department 07 University 08 Town 09 State 10 Travel Junk You do this in the "Edit Categories" dialog and then select contacts (or messages, etc) and "Assign Categories" to them. I did this in Palm Desktop and Entourage read them all correctly, so I assume (hope) they will synch all right....whenever I get up the nerve to try that.
