A good starting point would be for you to modify the existing script "Create
Task from Message". All elements are there; just add a little parsing code
to locate the various components in the body of the message and use the them
to store the data in the right place.
The completion information could be communicated the very same way (two new
scripts).
I don't promise that I will write any of those but if you have a specific
question I will answer for sure.
