You're right. Well, it's a simple one-liner. Just run this script from your schedule whenever you want:

    tell application "Microsoft Entourage" to delete (every task whose completed is true)


That’s it. (Now you must be thinking “I could have done that! Scripting is easy.” If you leave out the parentheses AppleScript will even put them in for you. )
