Thanks in advance!!! We here at the office are using Outlook 2001 for Windows and Entourage for Mac. As long as the PC's send their appointments in iCalendar format (it's a per-message option), Entourage will understand it and allow you to put it in your calendar. There is no special requirements for the PC's to 'read' the appointments sent from the Macs. As for mail, by default, an Exchange server is set up to use POP as well as their own format. I am able to get my mail (and look up addresses, just like the Exchange client) from Entourage. Works quite well in the office here, my compliments to the crew.
