OK, I have ordered the AppleScript books and downloaded all the info I could find. But while we wait for me to get up to speed in AppleScripting, I have another idea. A script that would look in the notes and convert a note to email. How I see it: Create two categories on your Palm 'Out Mail' and "Send Mail' Create a note on the Palm with the category 'Out Mail' First line should be subject- this is also the title of the note on a palm. Second line- email address (there is several utilities that makes inserting a email address very easy on a Palm) Third line- the start of the mail message. After syncing the Palm with Entourage you then run the script. The script should take the note- convert it to an email using the outline from above, change the original note's category to 'Send Mail'. And then open connection to the mail server and send, this would make it possible to have a short cut so you could check your mail and send emails from the palm.
