I did have that problem as well. Everywhere I tried to sync it would skip the entourage sync and when I looked in the log it claimed the not enough memory was available, but no matter how much memory I allocated I got the same message. I took me ages to figure it out, but a 'Advanced Rebuild' repaired what ever that had got corrupted. I now make a copy of the 'Microsoft User Data' folder on my hard disk everyday since I just recently also has to replace the rules file because that has got corrupted.
