Thanks for your response. I tried Data Merge once and it didn't work. Since
no one else seems to know how to do this, and since no scripts exist (hint,
hint, scripters ;-)), I'll give it another try to see if there's some way to
finagle the desired performance. I must say this certainly is a far cry from
Palm and Organizer, where you could simply select print->contacts->name and
business address->envelope or label style/layout (or something along those
lines), and proceed to print hundreds of labels or envelopes in one shot.

Re-implementing this capability in the next version of Entourage would be
welcome....
