You
need to have the Japanese Language Kit installed (available for free on OS 9
installers) and you have to register Entourage as a Japanese application (using
the "language register" app). After doing this and launching Entourage, you
should see checkboxes for adding the lucky days in the Calendar preference
panels. Note that you get the English transliterations, not the Japanese
characters.
-----Original Message-----Is there a way to access this in the English version of Entourage - as I deal with Japanese every day, this would be a useful thing to have.

FWIW, the Japanese version of Entourage has the ability to display “Lucky days” on the calendar, which are based on the lunar month. Entourage therefore does have the ability to generate lunar data internally.

Well, sure, we could create a "Full moons" file (however, technically the
full moon is dependent upon your exact location...and that equation is much
more complex).
But that wouldn't allow us to have recurring events that were defined
relative to the full moon.
And I *need* the ability to have a recurring reminder to visit Christian M.
M. Brady 47 days prior to the first Sunday after the first Paschal full moon
after Spring Equinox of each year.
Or is it 46 days? And what happens on leap years? ;-)
Just how much further can we roam off topic?
