Have you tried tweaking the settings in Tools-Junk Mail Filter?
By the by, simply enabling the Junk Mail Filter doesn't cause the messages
to not slip through (thank <http://BlueMountain.com> for that). You'll need
to set up an action akin to "If is junkmail, move to Junkmail folder".
