I continue to have difficulty importing tasks, appts, and contacts from my Palm Desktop software. I do not have a Palm Pilot, just the desktop software. This should happen automatically into Entourage ... but ..... I can use a text file for the contacts, but this is the second time I've tried it. Entourage presents the importing window, blinks for a second, then says it's complete.
