I'm new to the list so I apologize if this has been covered before. (Is
there an archive?)
I have Outlook 5 files on my office iMac. I have dragged those letters that
I wish to place in my home G4 database to a Zip and brought them home to
drop into Entourage. I understand that I need an Applescript droplet that I
need to drop these files onto before bringing them into my home database
(presumably due to a bug in Entourage). I went looking for this script at
macemail.com and found scripts for Outlook 5. Do these work w/Entourage?
None of the Entourage specific scripts seemed to address my issue.
Could one of you walk me through the process of bringing the files from one
machine to another (without forwarding - I've got hundreds of messages to
deal with). Remember Em@iler - you just went into your personal mail folder
and there was a labeled icon for EVERY message sent or received - you just
dragged them from one folder to another. Is there an equally simple solution
today?
My apologies for the stupid questions, but can anyone walk me through this
dilemma ? I would be eternally grateful.
