I tried putting the space in but still nothing. When I double click on the scripts it just opens Script Editor. If I run the script from there it works great!. What have I done wrong?
You’ve saved it as an application “classic applet” instead of as a compiled script. Open it in Script Editor, select “Save As” in the File menu, and set the pop-up to “compiled script”. (Or if you’re using Smile, not Script Editor, to “Smile document”). Which is actually the default. Then put the script file in the Entourage Script Menu Items folder.
