Auto Web Publish

The "Auto Web Publish" schedule action is always unavailable on my
Entourage. I can't find any references to it when I search the help files.
What does it do? How can I use it?

I'd like Entourage to automatically publish and FTP three months of my
calendar to a web site upon startup. Is this easy to do?
