This is interesting news about troubles with Hotmail. I always figured that I didn’t have something configured right.
Has anyone had any luck with the free @mac.com address, offered by Apple? I’m now looking around for a good way to get my email once I’m traveling.
I’ve had a couple of mac.com addresses since day one. There has been some downtime a few times, but it’s usually very responsive and I have no trouble getting e-mail when I’m on the road. The hard part is finding an internet terminal since I don’t like to shlep a notebook computer.
