FWIW: I've reported a problem with Entourage and contextual menus to both
Apple and Microsoft. The symptom is similar to what you describe.
I found that if I eliminate contextual menu items that want to look at file
resource information (such as type and creator) the problem goes away. For
example, the Fix Type and FileTyper contextual menu items can each cause a
crash.
If you're only using Apple's contextual menu items then your case may have a
different cause from what I reported.
