There's no direct way of doing this.
To transfer your emails from entourage to outlook, the easiest solution is
to subscribe Entourage to your Exchange server via IMAP and then transfer
your email through IMAP.
As for contacts, you can go to file and Choose Export Contacts: but there
may be some issue about how macs and windows treat text returns differently
so there may be a little clean up required.
