Naming Identities

In still trying to sync my Palm and E'age, when I select the E'age conduit,
it says that it does not match the identity.  My Palm identity is just Main
Identity, so how/where do I go into E'age and name the identity??  I see the
switch identity, but am not sure that is what to do?
