I'm running MacOS 8.6 and using Eudora 5.x. After installing Entourage, I imported the account information from Eudora. Two of the three POP accounts imported beautifully and worked the first time. But my college account (I teach at a community college), which is on an Exchange server, will not work. It works great in Eudora, but entering the SAME information in Entourage gets a consistent error message that my password was not recognized. I typed in my password, saved it, tried everything I could think of. Is there something different in Entourage that needs to be changed in order for my account to work? I'm sorry for the sparse information, but I take it this is my problem and not a general one for Entourage. But I don't even know where to begin so I'm looking for wisdom! Thanks!
